MyMissionWins

MyMissionWins is a marketing practice for health nonprofits. We build the pages, run the campaigns that fill them, and answer for the numbers that follow.

The mission is yours. The wins are what we answer for. We named the practice after the only thing a board asks about at the end of the year.

Our method

Three disciplines. One practice.

Most nonprofits get the page, the ads and the report from three different places. We build all three, and we answer for the whole.

1 / 3
  1. Discipline I

    Pages that take a name.

The grand staircase inside San Francisco City Hall

Websites, enrollment pages and donate pages, in English and Spanish. Large text, clear buttons, fast on any phone.

  2. Discipline II

Campaigns that bring the right people.

A public library reading room full of people at work

Google Ad Grants, up to $10,000 a month in free search ads for eligible nonprofits, and the emails and posts around every date that matters.

  3. Discipline III

A report your board reads in two minutes.

The inside of the California State Capitol dome in Sacramento

Signups, gifts and registrations on one page a month: what came in, where it came from and what it cost.

The record

Every win on this page has a receipt.

Seven principles. Written down so you can hold us to them.

What we answer for.

  1. 01

    The mission comes first.

Every number is a person who got covered, gave or showed up.

  2. 02

    Every number has a source.

If we cannot link it, we do not say it.

  3. 03

    The founder builds the work.

The person on your call is the person doing it. No hand-off.

  4. 04

    Dates in the agreement.

Written down before any work starts, and kept.

  5. 05

    Inside Google's rules.

Every month. We never promise what only Google decides.

  6. 06

    Two languages, day one.

English and Spanish from the start, not translated later.

  7. 07

    Two minutes for your board.

One page a month. Plain words, large text, real numbers.

Gabriel, founder of MyMissionWins

A letter from the founder

I started MyMissionWins because I kept meeting nonprofit teams of one, doing the work of five, paying for marketing nobody owned.

So I built the practice I would want to hire: one person who builds the pages, runs the campaigns and sends the numbers, with the dates written down before any work starts. I trained as an engineer in Paris. I run MyWebGlory, an agency for events, and I built Mydrop AI, social media software for teams.

Behind every number in our reports is a person who got covered, gave or showed up. That is the standard I hold myself to, and the one you should hold me to.
